    PRESIDENT & CEO

    Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University B.S in Professional Aeronautics and Minors in Aviation Safety, Management and Logistics.

    Retired from the airline industry in 2023 after 20 years of airport business operations and aviation safety, responsible for 3,000 employees and $73m in revenue, past 5 years as Director of Safety for 16,000 employees in the US and Canada at 52 airports.

    Previously managed operations and safety programs at 2 flight schools - multi-location operations with over 50 aircraft in the fleet. Part 141 and 61 training operations and a Part 145 repair station.

    Commercial Pilot and Chief Pilot for Capital Air Express.

    Owner & COO

    Graduate of University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts.

    12 years of retail operations management and customer service leadership experience.

    Proven track record with flight school and aircraft rental sales, growing monthly revenues from $90k to $350k+

    VP of RISK MANAGEMENT

    37-year commercial insurance veteran and owner of Creative Insurance Concepts, Inc.

    Associate in Risk Management and has expertise in managing aviation insurance needs from aircraft hull to aviation liability.

    Ensures all of our companies have the appropriate insurance coverage and risk mitigation.
